Welcome to Slàinte Mhath highland candles and crafts. This is a very small business,  based in the Scottish Highlands, created from a passion for crafting and making other people happy. Each product is individually hand crafted which lends itself to creating unique artisanal pieces perfect for your home or for gifts. Being created on such a small scale allows love and detail to go into each piece and allows for full personalisation! So with any product or idea you may have I am willing to hear and will do my best to accommodate.

The pieces individually reflect passions in my own life. Firstly the love of the human body, in all its perfectly imperfect forms. You will see this in the body candles and the anatomy melts. With recent years being difficult for everyone, I have tried to promote self care through all the candles  but emphasising mental health awareness through the thinking men candles, where there is beauty in pain. Through these candles donations are made to Mikey's line where 'it's ok to not be ok.' Dogs, travel and the Highlands are all other sources of inspiration. Each candle comes with donation to charity making your shopping experience guilt free.

In the production and packaging, the environment is a key factor; as such all products are vegan, eco friendly and sustainable and all are packaged in minimal plastic packaging that is either recyclable or biodegradable. This does not take away from the attractiveness of the packaging, in fact adds to the rustic beauty that is perfect for gifts to yourself or others. Happy shopping x
